Shipping & Delivery

Your order will usually be dispached withing 48 hours. If your order is placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday, it will be dispached at the next available working day.

All orders are dispached via Royal Mail - Recorded Delivery

Returns & Replacements

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns

If your item has arrived faulty we will replace your item(if still in stock) or refund you your payment in full.

All goods returned must be in their original condition and packaging and will be inspected upon their return.

All returns must be agreed in advance and we will supply you with a returns form which must be filled out and sent with your return, any return not quoting the original order number will not be refunded.

Ordering

You can pay for your order by using all major credit & debit cards through PayPal & also by your PayPal account. You will be directed to PayPal for your payment to be processed securely and then you will return to BasqueBoutique.co.uk

Your payment will be made to "Hawk Retail" and will show as such on your statement

Your order total includes all VAT and shipping costs.

If your card has been declined for authorisation your order will not be processed until payment is made and we will not dispach your order until payment is made in full.

Products, Pricing & Promotions

All product information and pricing is correct at time of entering onto BasqueBoutique.co.uk.

We reserve the right to decline orders where product information, pricing and promotions has been incorrectly entered onto the website.

Information, Prices and Promotions are subject to change without prior notice.

We do not allow you to purchase any item that is currently out of stock on the website. However, the website is subject to delay in updating and some items may show as availiable for purchase but it may actually be out of stock. In this case we will email you and give you a refund in full.

Viewing Orders

You can view any of your order via the My Account link at the top right of the website. All orders will be displayed under the My Orders link at the left hand side or the page.

Updating Account Information

You can update your account information at any time via the My Account link at the top right of the website and then by clicking the Account Information link on the left.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order withing 24 hours of order being placed. If payment has been made you will be refunded within 48 hours.
